Bit Defender Blocking Application

Hello there, Since I installed Bit Defender on PC, I am not able to use some applications properly. Currently I am facing an issue with my Spotify application. Whenever I try to play a song from Spotify it starts lagging and after a while it displays Spotify not responding.
