Allow search engines, but block adult search results?

Is there any way to allow search engines, but block adult content returned from searching on sites like google? I have parental controls enabled which blocks porn sites and the like, but when you search nude images on google it returns all kinds of adult images.

While currently there is nothing that can be done from bitdefender end in relation to google search images but there is a resolution from google side.
Kindly have a look at stated google link : https://support.google.com/websearch/answer/510?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en
Additionally, this may sound like a temporary fix but you can also go to images.google.com ,search any random image , and then enable safe search as shown in below attached picture. When the safe search is enabled, most of the adult image content will be either filtered out or will not display/ report any images. So next time if you search any adult image, chances of it getting display will be very very less.
But you will have to always make sure that safesearch remains turned on, if it is turned off, it will then display the adult content.
In worst case scenario you can block the google image website in your bitdefender central (https://www.google.com/imghp?hl=en, https://images.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl) so whenever anyone will try to access google images, the url will be blocked by bitdefender.
