Dashboard says "Device at risk" offers no info for a solution

Selecting Dashboard says "I have 2 out of 5 devices installed". 1 Protected and 2 "At Risk" Clicking on "View" takes me to "Dashboard". In "Dashboard" it say my desktop says "Protected". My laptop says "Device At Risk". My cell phone likewise says "Device At Risk". Both of the devices that say "Device At Risk" have a box in the lower right corner that says "View Issues". After pressing "View Issues" for either of the "Device At Risk" items it takes me to a new page that repeats the "At Risk" and gives me the MAC address, Device Type, and Vendor. There is a line that says "Device Details" but no other info. The screen is a split page and the other 1/2 of the split informs me that "Threats Blocked - last 7 Days" and further informs me that "You are Safe. No Threats Blocked this Week". I would like to correct the reasons I am at risk for the 2 of the 3 devices but am at a loss to know where to start. Does anyone have any suggestions that can steer me where I can start?
