Subscription renewal
I recently renewed my subscription ahead of expiry, the app offered to renew it for discount.
I went through the steps, paid, got the email, but my subscription did not renew. I checked BitDefender Central and I found out that I have a new subscription in the dashboard. Why did that happen? Can this be resolved?

Same happened to me but the new one won't activate even though it says code already used. Active on 0 out of 5 devices...
Also tried merging just in case but nothing has happened, to me it is registering that I have paid but has not installed!
Tried contacting bitdefender earlier this month but no response,

Same issue here, my subscription automatically renewed on 3rd June 2021 but says , expired. Bit defender might have felt greedy and wants to pay double for the renewal I guess( €49 instead of €29). My subscription still not active to this very date, 10th June 2021.

For account renewal related issue kindly contact bitdefender support directly via dropping an email to bitsy@bitdefender.com. They will reply back asap.

I am experiencing the same issue, surely it should add the existing days. I imagine after it expires the others will work but this is not an acceptable method. Please fix this!
