Can't connect to license server

I installed BitDefender GravityZone virtual appliance on-premise solution. And while I access the web console it asks for license key but It says enable to connect to license server.

I am sure that my server is connected to my network and I tried telnet connection on lv2.bitdefender.com 443 and it works.

Hope you can help me solve this problem.
