One of my 4 multi machine updates had a glitch in downloading and said something was wrong with the connection--try again later.
There is nothing wrong with my internet connection, just this hang up that cannot be corrected.
I understand that removing the old software was part of installing the new software therefore a removal program must be available. I think that is what I want.
Other sources say to totally remove the corrupted version on the machine where it happened and re-install from scratch.
Also my expiration date did not update. Two computers updated with a some trouble, but they updated.
My main computer is FUBAR all related to the download.
