Refunding after getting the subscription renewal 1 day earlier
Hello guys.
I have bought Total Protection package and i am extrmely happy with the services. I bought it at 24/8/20 and i thought the renewal would happent at 24 again but it happent at 23/08/21. I happen to be in need of the money so i was about to cancel it, but it happent 1 day earlier. I will buy the package again later this year but right now i would like a refund. I have sent an email and my ticket number is 1006704190. I am hoping for a quick answer and refund. Also the chat at the main webpage does not open. Did you guys have any siilar experiences and can you give any help or tips?
