Payment application to incorrect device

I received a notice that my subscription was expiring. I went in and renewed and paid for it. When I checked my devices, bitdefender showed 2 devices attached to my account, my old unused android phone, and my new phone. The payment was applied to my old phone with the current credit card info I provided when I renewed. My new phone, also listed on my account, though I don't know why, shows as expired. I went in to manage my devices to remove the old phone and apply payment to the new one. Now none of my phone's are covered! I sent 4 messages, 2 to bitdefender and 2 to 2co with no change. Suggestions?
