False positive for LameXP

I'm using Bitdefender Antivirus Plus 2021. It's tolerated LameXP before. It now blocks it, with a report of "Disinfection in progress. Detected threat is being disinfected. Please wait until the process is complete." It then reports. "Threat Detected. Detected threat moved to quarantine.

The program responds with the message." "GURU MEDITATION At least one of the required tools could not be initialized: File 'lxp_verify.exe' could not be locked!"

The notification reads "The file C:\Users\Jon Miller\AppData\Local\Temp\0536626b9fce1910\lxp_verify.exe is infected with Trojan.GenericKD.37578980 and was moved to quarantine. It is recommended that you run a System Scan to make sure your system is clean." When I google, "Trojan.GenericKD.37578980", I get no results.

How do I get Bitdefender to allow me to use LameXP on my system?
