Problems with Premier VPN

I used the category 'General' as I could not see which one actually applied to my problem. I came across a fairly old email inviting me to install Premier VPN at a reduced price. This seemed a good idea so I tried it. I came across problem after problem, as a result of which I decided not to waste any more time and anguish, but to give it up as a bad job. I am therefore requesting the return of the £30.00 subscription I have paid.
