Can i further extend screen time after it has been reached?

A screen time limit had been set and once it is reached, the blocked page appears every time the pc starts and connects to the internet.

You can further extend the allowed time when the limit has not been met YET.

However, when the limit is met, you can no longer extend the time, or even so it will enable the use of the PC.
Is there any way this can be overcome?
