Renew with discount

Hi.

I have Total Security that expires next June. There's currently a Blackfriday deal on with a hefty discount so was wondering if I buy it again now would the subscription start when my current one expires or does the 1-year start straight away?

In regards to your question, the validity countdown for subscriptions acquired via our online store www.bitdefender.com will start right after the purchase is finalized, regardless of the Central activation timestamp.

After the order is completed, an activation code will be sent to you using the e-mail address specified during the purchase.

Please note that, in order to extend the validity of your current subscription using a new activation code, the new subscription should display the same variation of devices. If the new subscription covers a different variation of devices, the activation will be made in parallel, as the option to extend validity will not be displayed during the activation process.
