PUPs not showing in GravityZone
We're trialing BitDefender after having some issues with our current solution. We got an alert during our weekly full scan that items were found on a particular server and dealt with. Being a trial I logged in to the server to see things for myself... Lo and behold there were 9 additional items remaining. GravityZone did not show any of these. They're all PUPs but obviously that raises some pretty big concerns.
Do PUPs show up elsewhere or is there a setting I've missed to display them?

What you're describing sound like it needs tech assistance from our Support team at https://www.bitdefender.com/business/customer-portal/enterprise-standard-support.html . Most likely they'll need to remote or see some logs.
