ERROR 181-182


I subscribed to Bitdefender about 6 mos ago. I get the "full protection" status on my dashboard. When I shut down my computer and reboot, I see a brief VPN showing an IP address, but that lasts about one minute or so then it disconnects. I then try to reconnect, and I get "ERROR 181 or 182. I tried to reconnect again several times choosing US or pick one of the 51 countries and I get the same errors. Does anyone have the answer?
