I'm trying to install bitdefender remotely through Kaseya and I'm having issues

Whenever I try to synch agents, nothing seems to happen and the status stays as "skipped". Does anyone have any tips on how to resolve this issue.

  • Update: I synched the inventory again and now the status is "detecting" and has stayed that way for around 20 hours.
