Why is there no thread for this product?
I purchased Bitdefender Password Manager - a decision I am beginning to regret due to the lack of support. I attempted to work via the "Chat" window - but my questions needed a more technical response - so they forwarded it to the developers - who, understandably, are busy. So, I went to this community forum, thinking someone else may have "been there - done that". Apparently not. There is no group for Password Manager so I put my questions in "General" which have had no response. I searched and found at least one other person with questions about the product - unanswered as well. My objective is not to complain, but I do want to get the product fully functioning. What is next?

As this is a newly launched product, we are in the process of collecting valuable feedback from our users, to help us improve and further develop the service. The list of upgrades includes compatibility with Safari, which should be available in January. More updates will come for this product, including a full launch on the official Bitdefender website www.bitdefender.com, all in the first quarter of 2022.
As the product was not launched on the website, this was one of the main reasons behind our decision not to create a special thread for it yet. However, the Support Center has been updated with information and answers to common questions related to the Password Manager, to help our users find answers in a timely manner.
