Allow icmpv6 setting?

The ICMP topics I can find here are all out of date. They refer to settings that no longer exist in 2022 BD. I want to allow icmpv6. I've found that my systems can receive ICMPv6 if I disable "Network Threat Protection". I don't know what all that checkbox does, but is there a way to just allow icmp with that still enabled? There used to be controls just for icmp but I can't find them anywhere.
