Trojan in Safari

I've had this same Trojan being removed several times a day in Safari and trying to find the source to keep it from coming back:
Path: /Volumes/Home/Users/USERNAME/Library/Containers/com.apple.Safari/Data/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/WebKitCache/Version 16/Records/7284A2C1F7574BBFEC4153EAA9AE82CEDE81807D/Resource/901E2ECD064959DABA6DEC89B9A964730FA4884B-blob=>(INFECTED_JS)

Any idea what this is and how to stop it from attaching? JS:Trojan.Cryxos.5913
