Does the Online Threat Prevention feature require a cloud-based subscription? As you can see it has i red circle with an X in it.

It's just the icon design, sorry if it caused confusion, but as long as you have a Total Security subscription, you also have the Online Threat Prevention feature 😊

I am having trouble with this.

As you can see below, I have several versions of an email in my exceptions and still get Spam exceptions. Please refer to the two images below...
