Who is responsible in GIF messagin not the content but GIF it self?
I saw screen shot of a GIF where apeared to be 10-15 aged girl in a sexual act. I am no a IT expert and isn't the GIF a peace of software?

Problem is that as a parent i am allso responsible what kind of data my childs are exposed to. And is it even possible to controll peace of sofware what circulates and is it even moderated at all?

GIFs are digital files created with the scope of reducing the size of images and short animations.
As always, whe surfing the fields of internet, one can stumble across offensive, illegal, dangerous or abusing content. To tackle this, I believe everyone shares a responsibility of vigilence and common sense to proactively report and ban such content, where possible. It lies, of course, within the attributions of each moderator and admin of platforms where such content might be posted, to apply the necessary methods to prevent, monitor and eliminate this content from their websites.
