Bitdefender Antivirus for Mac Error -1011
For the last 2 weeks have been getting constant -1011 errors on my macbook.
Running latest OS - Monterey
Have tried the following:
Reinstalling the application from the App store.
Rebooting.
Bypassing the DNS and using 1.1.1.1
No proxy is configured.
Hotspotting to two another networks (ie Cellular, vs DSL)
Firewall on the Mac is just the standard Apple Firewall - enabled (no blocking all incoming)
Occasionally Bitdefender Antivirus for Mac will download one or 2 update files then stall.
Anything else I can try ?
I have used Bitdefender Antivirus for Mac for years and until recently all has worked well with getting updates. I have not changed anything as far as I know.

Ticket opened, however I am being asked for purchase details and in this case I am using the free version from the Apple Store.
Is this still a supported product ?

See the photo above, the app gets around three files into the update and then stalls.
