i.e i have 3 gmail accounts that i want to switch and have saved in the wallet but once i am on the login page the wallet looks at the page and considers it can only be 1 account that's linked to that URL

This is a known issue, the Wallet does not recognize separate Google accounts. Our developers are working on a solution which should be implemented via an automated update.
