Safe Pay won't stay open

I have Bitdefender Total Security installed on my desktop with about two dozen login websites bookmarked in Safe Pay. My computer did the usual " Windows updating - Do not turn off your computer" when I turned computer on. Now all of a sudden, Safepay won't stay open. It flashes open for half a second so I can see my bookmarks, then closes. Does anyone have a solution?
