How can I prevent Bitdefender from quarantining my batch files?
I must have a hundred .BAT files on this machine. At random, Bitdefender decides that a couple of them pose a threat, and moves them to the quarantine. I wish it were able to wait until the batch files execute; pause them and ask me at that point; and remember my answers (preferably in the cloud, so I don't have to go through the same rigmarole on multiple systems).
Since that's apparently not an option, how can I prevent Bitdefender from quarantining my batch files? I'm using Bitdefender Total Security. I don't see a way to identify the specific version number.

Hello,
Based on your description of the situation encountered, I would recommend contacting the Technical Support Teams, as more information might be required to troubleshoot this. I am unsure why the save button appears grayed out, but the engineers may request some logs from you and find the root cause.
You can get in touch with our engineers by choosing one of the contact methods available here:

Thanks for your quick reply.
Re: the first article (https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/13427/):
It says, "Bitdefender allows the exclusion of specific files, folders, or file extensions from Antivirus scan." But it doesn't provide any information on how to exclude extensions. I would like to exclude batch files (.bat). Entering that extension into the Exception Options window doesn't work: the Save button is still grayed out.
