change of the terms of the trade agreement

What's going on? Why were the contract lines abolished? You have changed the terms of the contract without notice. I bought a family package with no limit of positions in August 2019. This contract should be valid until August 2022, but instead I have a limited package of 15 positions! Please explain this situation! Why Marken Systemy Antivirus Polska does not answer my prompts or e-mails?
