Anybody that all of a sudden got this page poping up?

Twice I got this page coming up on my screen.
I can´t do anything, it want me to go to their homepage.

If it´s a bad one, I thought that Bitdefender would recogice it as bad. Can anybody tell me why I got this just todag popping up, twice...

The link is clean and not malicious, phishing or spam.
