Do you receive any notification regarding this? Are you certain Bitdefender is blocking the website in question?
If yes, the first step would be to find out what the notification says, which module is blocking the website and for what reason.

Are you using BD VPN?
I get the same error (different ref#) with VPN enabled, and after I disable it, it goes to the website without any problem.
