Can't see installation on computers

I have Bitdefender installed on 3 computers. I can see the program on the first computer but not on the 2nd and 3rd. I show all three computers "protected" but the 3rd computer just got hit with a trojan virus so I wanted to make sure the 2nd computer was protected. Should I be able to see the software in the "all programs" directory? Thanks.
