VPN blocks my favorite sites on Dell computer

Since using VPN on my computer several of my favorite sites are denied access. I have to turn off VPN to access them. Is there a place to list my sites on VPN?

Does the problem occur only on mobile data/Ethernet or only on WI-FI or present on both?
