Don't Have Items on my Panel
I would like to schedule my regular scans, and when I go to the instructions on how to do that on the website, I have no "Protection" or "Manage Scans" tabs on the left-hand side of my dashboard.

Are you talking about running a scan from your Central account? If so, to run a remote Quick scan or System scan from your Central account, on the left-hand side, click on My Devices, then click on the device you want to scan (View details); then from the Remote actions, click on Malware Scan and select scan type. The device you want to scan has to be running for BD to send the command to run a scan on that device. You cannot schedule a scan in Central, only manually run on-demand scans.

If you wanted to create a scheduled scan or a custom scan on the desktop app, we could follow up with that information. I didn't want to confuse things if that is was not what you were looking for :)
