Not all devices are seen in Dashboard

Hi,

I have Total security for 10 devices and installed it already on several devices with succes.

The only problem I have is that I don't see all devices on my dashboard in https://central.bitdefender.com/devices. I miss 2 out of 5 installed devices in my dashboard.

How can this be fixed?

    Hello.

    Try this: log out from your Bitdefender Central account, open Bitdefender Total Security, click on your account's name in the right upper corner of the program, then click on "Switch Account", right next to "My Account", enter the existing e-mail and password that you already used for the Bitdefender subscription and after the process is finished, log into your Bitdefender Central account, wait a few minutes for the changes to apply, refresh the page and you'll see the correct number of devices.
