Traffic light blocks the treath, but all engine software i tried last 12hs didnt identify and clean it

It seems to be fresh new treath as no engine o run here identify and clean.

But treath is in my browser, ready to steaal password, keylogger or other worst think

Hi.this night my chrome browser opens with adware i didnt installed. I think it is new threat, malwebytes blocked the site but dont remove the problem. Emsisoft anti malware did not identify the problem, and traffic light chrome extension blocked acess to site.

It seems that global security companies dont have this trheat on their virus database.

I offer files, pics , videos, and other thiks you need to be the first to:

1. Identify the thteat

2. Remove the treath or quarantine

3. Restore google chrome, wwithout pup inside.

I dont want money. Just want help improve security. Tried call from brazil to bucarest, to research trheat of bitdefender. But call dont complete.

Now im running stinger from mcafee, till this moment didnt identify the treath.

Im sure Bitdefender strong antivirus engine will in future identify, clean desinfect and restore a safe chrome to use without fear of have passwords stolen, a keylogger tracking me, and other thinks malware can do.

Mcafee stinger did not found malware.

Dont find nothing wrong.mcafee.

Nothing is identify thteat, only blocks the site.

If i can help your lab research with this annoiyng adware on crhome that dosent unistall i will be happy to cooperate with researchers.

Thanks a lot

Thanks for reporting this here on the community. There is a little feedback that I want to share with you.

First, the images that you are sharing is related to malicious website blocking and not malware sample, so there will be no detection shown up in Kaspersky TDSS or McAfee Stinger or Emsisoft Emergency Kit or any of the malware scanning software that is showing up on the image you shared since these software do not feature malicious website blocking and are basic malware scanning software which only scan for the most common malwares.

Second, Kaspersky TDSS is a rootkit scanner and not a malware scanning software, so it will not scan for malwares but only for rootkits.

Third, McAfee Stinger is not a complete protection but a basic malware scanning software like Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool or Microsoft Safety Scanner or Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool which only scan for the most common malware. These malware scanning software get update either on weekly basis or monthly basis, but still these malware scanner do not stand anywhere when compared to their mainstream line of antimalware products.

Below is the virustotal detection of the malicious link:

Additionally, follow below steps to make sure you are completely safe if you suspect an adware is affecting google chrome.

    1) Restart PC in safe mode (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/start-your-pc-in-safe-mode-in-windows-92c27cff-db89-8644-1ce4-b3e5e56fe234)

    2) Open run command and run below command one by one :

temp ,delete all the files in the folder

%temp% ,delete all the files in folder

prefetch ,delete all the files in folder

    3) Restart your PC in general mode by unticking the option that you selected to run the system in safe mode and then click apply.

    4) Reset your google chrome to default (https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/3296214?hl=en)

    Hello.

First, take screenshot(s) of the issue(s) and create a log on your PC/laptop using Bitdefender Support Tool, by following these steps:

Next, contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by e-mail here (scroll down to the bottom of the page):

with short description of the issue(s).

After that, you will get an automated reply by the Bitdefender Customer Care Team, with your ticket number.

Now, in reply to that automated reply, you can send the screenshot(s) you already took and the log file you already created in the first step.

Since you are all done, just wait for the support engineers to investigate your issue(s) and find solution(s) to fix the issue(s).

Remember that the screeshot(s) and the log file will help a lot to the support engineers for better and faster investigation on your issue(s) and finding solution(s).

    Regards.
