Parental Control isn't working properly


Good Morning everyone,

I'm a technichian working for an IT company in Italy, as resellers we want to have the security that the products we choose work properly.

In testing Internet Security i've noticed issues on Parental Control functionality, especially in Websites blocking.

Browsing with Chrome seems pretty safe, while with Firefox it doesn't block some of the websites chosen and lastly with Edge it just doesn't work and block anything.

I've already contacted your support via phone and told me to delete cookies when it happens. I've done it and also enabled Cookies auto-removal when the browsers are closing. Nothing changed...

Is there anyone knowing how to solve this issue or could this only be solved with developement?
