Activate Password manager after test

The problem I dealing with is that I am a tester of the early version of the password manager and the subscription is now ended. I own a version of Bitdefender Bitdefender Premium Security this contains a free subscription of password manager. After de-installing the old test version of Password Manager I installed te new link but it still gives a activete Subscription message. This will cost me money again. This is not neccessery because I own a version of It.

Is there someone who knows a work around to get this problem Fixed

regards and thanks

  • Hello @Cyberzorro,

I have located your open case with the Support Teams. Our colleagues will respond in the shortest time possible and provide a resolution. There are some minor adjustments to be made for the subscription to be updated, but it will not take them long to do it. Unfortunately, this could not be achieved on the forum.

    Best regards.
