    Hello @jcc77yy,

    Were you previously able to access these websites through Safepay? Can the websites be accessed outside Safepay, using a regular browser? Have you made any changes to the device settings and do you use Parental Control?

    Make sure Encrypted web scan option is turned ON. To find it, go to Protection > click on the Settings button in the ONLINE THREAT PREVENTION module, then make sure the ENCRYPTED WEB SCAN slider is set to ON(blue).

    If this does not solve the issue, kindly contact the Support Teams, as suggested by mrmirakhur.
