Gravity Zone - All Modules expired.

Bonjour,
J'ai un problème sur 3 pc. Le client Bitdefender indique que tous les modules sont expirés et qu'il faut contacter l'administrateur (moi).
Sur la console d'admin, les pc apparaissent comme hors réseau alors que ce n'est pas le cas. D'ailleurs, le client se met à jour sans erreurs.
Je n'est pas non plus de problème de licence.
J'ai d'autre pc qui ont déjà été hors de mon réseau pendant 6 mois et il n'y a pas eu de problème.

I have a problem on 3 pc. The Bitdefender client says that all modules are expired and you need to contact the administrator (me).
On the admin console, the PCs appear as off the network when this is not the case. By the way, the client updates without errors.
I also do not have a license problem.
I have other pc's that have already been off my network for 6 months and there have been no issues.

I would also recommend taking a look at the number of licenses vs available devices, keeping in mind the number of licenses required for servers, as well (33% of # of licenses to be attributed to servers). If, until now, it is all up to day, i would strongly recommend contacting the Enterprise Support Team as they will need to troubleshoot the situation as fast as possible as it is affecting your network, being unprotected.
Do let me know how it works out with the Support Team and you can also drop a case number so I can monitor the situation as we go along.
