Do you have this SETUP with no logo inside your icloud?

I once downloaded and installed umobix spyware on my ipad and it requested for my icloud username and password. I inputed the credentials and it installed into my ipad. After 1 day i deleted it but my phone got infected since it is overheating and the screen is sluggish. I turned to bitdefender premium to cleanse my system but it did not detect any spyware into it but i was able to see SETUP without logo installed inside my icloud upon checking my icloud options through my iphone. How can i cleanse my icloud and my apple gadgets totally? I already made 5 clean install but to no avail. It still have this setup on my icloud options on my phone.
