Irritating popups - Bitdefender Total Security

Options

I'm trying to figure out a way to stop frequent notifications about suspicious activity within my PC from BitDefender inspite of trying every official way to stop those. It literally hampers my gaming experience by interrupting the flow.

The above notifications keep on coming at the bottom right corner of my Windows 10 PC. Also, I am getting frequent notifications of these nature

Feature:Online Threat Prevention

Activity resembling botnet behavior was made by xx.xx.xx.xx We blocked the connection to prevent the infection of your device which would have been used to propagate the threat.

And the frequent IP addresses from where attack originates are as below:

164.92.105.208

45.141.239.148

45.61.186.139

193.233.179.14

188.166.8.119

45.141.239.135

62.197.136.60

I really want a solution to this ASAP.

    Hello.

The problem with the pop-up notifications has been discussed here in the Community for many, many times.

Last i know is that the dev team is working on a solution on that matter. But, it will take some time.

Anyway, see if this solution hepls:

Open your Bitdefender program, go to Utilities -> Profiles -> Settings and enable Game Profile.

    When Game Profile is enabled/activated:

    - All Bitdefender alerts and pop-ups are disabled

    - Automatic Update is postponed

    - Scheduled scans are postponed

    - Search Advisor is disabled

    - Special offers notifications are disabled

Also, you can check this article and comment:

Finally, you can do the following steps:

First, take screenshot(s) of the issue,

create a log file on your Windows device using Bitdefender Support Tool, by following these steps:

    and

create a log file on your Windows device using BDsysLog, by following these steps:

Next, contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by e-mail:

with short description of the issue.

After that, you will get an automated reply by the Bitdefender Customer Care Team, with your ticket number.

Now, in reply to that automated reply, you can send the screenshot(s) you already took and the log files you already created in the first step.

Since you are all done, just wait for the support engineers to investigate your issue and find a solution to fix the issue.

Remember that the screenshot(s) and the log files will help a lot to the support engineers for better and faster investigation on your issue and finding a solution.

    Regards.
