Passwrd migration from Wallett

I have recently installed the Password but during logging in asks me for password and when i do it does not seem that it is active ...can someone advise please

    If the steps were completed successfully, please provide us with more details concerning the event. What exactly indicates that Password Manager is inactive? What browser are you using? Do you receive any error message when entering the password? Are you using the "remember me" feature?
