Hello @SBar and welcome to the Community!
You may use the form in the link below to submit the file to the Bitdefender Labs for analysis:
https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/29358/
Once confirmed, false positives are corrected within hours via automatic update.
If you trust that the file is legitimate, you can also restore it from the quarantine by following the steps described in this article:
https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/2092/
You can also toggle the Create exception for the restored files to the ON position, if it’s OFF. With this option enabled, the files you restore from quarantine are automatically whitelisted from future scanning to prevent subsequent quarantine.
My recommendation would be to submit the file for analysis first, just to be on the safe side.
Let us know how it goes.

The detected file is a cache file. In simple word understand it as a junk file. You can simple reset your opera browser to get rid of it.
Reset Opera Browser: https://browsersolution.com/reset-opera-browser
Also,
Open run command again (Windows Icon + R) and run below command one by one:
temp ,delete all the files in the folder
%temp% ,delete all the files in folder
prefetch ,delete all the files in folder
