Recurring infection in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\1176\65069.exe
Hi everyone,
My device was infected with a malware. After scanning it with bitdefender the malware was cleaned but I keep getting a recurring infection which the AV cleans but it occurs every 15-20 minutes.
Any idea what can be done about it? The antivirus claims to clean it but there's nothing in the quarantine or in the specified path:

Hello @GKoo,
The engineers will require logs from the machine to further investigate. Unfortunately, this cannot be achieved on the forums. You can create a log file on your Windows device using Bitdefender Support Tool, by following these steps:
https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/1733/
Then, create a connectivity log file by following the steps described here:
https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/9689/
Afterwards, you can get in touch with our engineers by opening a ticket where you can attach the logs. Access the link below, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the e-mail contact channel:

Let us know how it goes.

I don't think the OP needs to create a connectivity log.
He/She doesn't have problem(s) with the connection, he/she has problem(s) with threat(s).
So, he/she needs to create a BDsysLog, by following these steps:

Hello, indeed the issue is regarding a threat not the connection.
Please find attached the SysLog.
Thank you

This is the second time you're misleading an user.
Like Sheldon Cooper would say: You have two strikes. Three strikes, and you're out. :))))))
Regards.

They can still call and send the logs 🙄😎
