    Hi @KingKong

Make sure you check the Remember me box when you log in. Kindy see this post and the follow-up posts, as with Chrome, it's been working wonderfully for me.

    Kind regards,

    Scott

  • This "remember me" does not work, atleast on mozilla.

  • Hello @DannyDarth,

Can you share with us more details? What exactly is happening, are you able to tick the 'remember me' box at all? Or is the box already checked and the preference is not saved?

    Hi DannyDarth :)

I'm not trying to prove you wrong, as you're having problems with FF. But...oh, oh :) I have yet to have PM ask me to log in when I've enabled the Remember me box. I tried it on Windows 10 64bit Pro, and Windows 11 64bit Pro without any problems. I closed out and re-opened FF 8-10 times on the PC's and even put them both in sleep mode and it was still logged in when they woke and I loaded FF. When you open the browser (Chrome and FF in my case) it takes a second or two to refresh with the DB servers to log in and show logged in . FF version is 105.0 64bit.

The only thing I can think of is that I hardly ever use FF, so I have no add-ons or extensions enabled. Maybe on your end disable (not uninstall) all of your extensions and see if Password Manager stays logged in. If it does, then enable two at a time and see if any one of those is causing issues with Password Manager.

Otherwise, you may need to get a hold of Support, and let them guide you on what they need, and when they need it.

    Kind regards,

    Scott

edit: three hours later it still logging in. It may not last days on end if you don't shut your PC down, or do a restart. Maybe rightly so, so that your passwords couldn't be compromised if someone were to get on your device during that extended time period?
