Can I resize the password manager window (Firefox)

I use the notes feature of password manager. But when I try to edit a note i can resize the text area BUT only to the size of the relatively small password manager window. At the moment I cut & paste to another editor, cut and paste back to Password manager. Seems pointless to have a text editor that is resizable but only to the size of a relatively small window.
