You don't make it easy to cancel a subscription renewal

Finally had to stop you through Paypal.

Why go to these tactics, and it is for one of 2 reasons, I'm cancelling. Do you really believe you induce trust when you make it extremely difficult to cancel conditions.

I will look for another anti virus. Pity I was quite happy with BD except for the VPN, never worked on different accounts.

    The Bitdefender security solutions come with an automatic renewal feature that allows you to conveniently retain your protection when your Bitdefender subscription expires, without having to go through all the motions of manually renewing your cyber-security solution.

    You will receive email notifications before the actual renewal takes place. 

    These e-mails will provide you with all the details about automatic renewal, including a link for easy cancellation of the service. If the auto renewal option remains active, your Bitdefender subscription will be automatically extended and this will keep your defenses activated without interruption for all devices covered by your current subscription.

    Please keep in mind that, whether you want to activate the renewal option or disable it, you can do it anytime. 

    You can cancel the automatic billing for your subscription by logging into your Bitdefender Account to disable automatic renewal, or by contacting Customer Support at: cancel@bitdefender.com

    This option is enabled by default when purchasing as to not compromise device security. At the same time, it is a widespread option in the Antivirus industry and has been implemented as a result of customer requests.

    Also, we try to ensure maximum transparency on the auto renewal process both through the information available at the time of purchase and through multiple email notifications, before the renewal is performed. It is always the client's decision if he wants to keep the auto renewal on or off.
