I Think Bitdefender Is Preventing Me From Going Online Shops In Emulators. Any Help?

I keep getting network error whenever i try to access a online shop in for example gacha games when i use LDplayer9 emulator. I don't have a clue what setting in the program that prevents this. Anyone got any ideas?
