Why Can't Bitdefender Scan Or Delete The Norton Password Protected Files On My Computer?

I used the Norton removal tool and I still have Norton passwords protected files on my computer. I only know this because when bitdefender scans my computer it tells me it can not scan these files. Why is Norton allowed to do this? Why does Bitdefender think its okay?

Also, it is possible that even if you uninstalled Norton, there are still some remains on your device.

You can use the uninstall tool from the link below to remove Norton from your device:

After running the tool, click on Advanced Options and select Remove only.
