Unable To Open Ports 1443 And 8443 In Firewall. Any Help?

Hi,

I'm trying to open ports in firewall.

i'm trying to open a port for sql locally which i appear to have done in the firewallI've also been advised to open another port remotely.

Doing this however my systems are still not allowed to go through. Disabling firewall means it works perfectly. I seem to have entered everything in fine and with no IP address.

Is there anything i'm missing? I'd prefer not to leave firewall off. Thank you.
