Bitdefender Antivirus For Mac: Message About Threats Requiring Action. What Does This Mean?

I ran a scan on my Mac and got the message that 3 threats require my action because "Object failed to be moved to quarantine."

I select each item, and then "Show in Finder" but when I right click in finder there is no option to Move to Trash--it's missing from the folder. I tried dragging and dropping the file to the trash but no luck there, either.

How do I get rid of the three files that could not be moved to quarantine? Thanks
