Should Bitdefender the files on external drives be included in a full scan?
Options
I have Bitdefender Total Security on 2 computers. On one, if I happen to have an external drive connected when I do a full scan, Bitdefender scans that drive as well as what is on the PC. On the other, with the same settings, Bitdefender does NOT scan the external drive.
On both devices I have Auto scan set against Scan Flash Drives but am not sure whether that means that a full scan should include the drive or whether it simply means Bitdefender will scan the content of that drive when it detects it.
Perhaps there is another setting I am not aware of that is making the difference between the two computers. I would appreciate advice if anyone knows the answer.
