allow photo uploads to slaps.com

Since changing my laptop virus protection software to Bitdefender, the slaps.com sub-domain of distrokid.com (music distributor) will not allow me to upload required photos to post on its forum.

I have tried posting on another laptop, which also has Bitdefender, and it works okay. This makes me think that it's the Bitdefender settings on my laptop that has caused this. Any ideas on how to fix this issue? Many thanks.

Hello @gflatt and welcome to the Community!

The first thing I would recommend is to temporarily disable the security modules in Bitdefender one by one, and try to upload the photos on the forum after each deactivation. This should help identify the culprit and we can advise further once it's discovered. Make sure to reactivate your defenses once you've finished troubleshooting.
